Really just wanted to share this informative link with recipes for lemon balm. Since lemon balm is such a hearty (invasive) grower, why not include it in as many dishes as possible?

I'm in my third year of lemon balm in the garden, and it is an amazing traveler, sprouting up in places I'd never suspect. So far, I don't mind, but I may regret it later! In the meantime, I'll be trying to keep up with it by collecting it for tea, if not in some of these recipes.
