Three first grade boys agreed that it was "the best day of my life!"

On an unusually warm, clear, sunny day in February, we visited Land's Sake for a cookout picnic with Oliver, his cousin, and Phets' mom.  Phets' sister hiked up the road for fun and joined us with her two dogs and a friend and her son, who is the same age as the cousins.

In retrospect, what could be better for 6 year old boys?  Hot dogs and marshmallows cooked over the fire, a prolonged stick-gun battle, a nature walk, and some dogs to play with.  I guess it was the best day ever.
