Land's Sake Labor Day Weekend Salon

and Drop-In Open House

Environment, Art and Spirit

August 31 - September 3, 2007

 

Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Land's Sake!

 

 

Drop by Land's Sake between Friday 7pm and Monday 12:00 and participate in a new-millennium chautauqua.  (Here's a map and directions)

 

Be part of the audience and the instruction!  Each of us has talents to share or a story to tell.  Bring yours, and join in a weekend of fun and learning.

 

Schedule of Events 

 

Friday PM -

setting up camp ( no confirmed campers for Friday night)

 

Saturday - 

Kompathoums arrive about 10:00

Wilderness papermaking set-up (will be available throughout)

Ready to hang out!

Other activities: campfire cooking, tour of the property and camping platform, edible and medicinal plant walk, all available anytime.

 

If it's hot, we'll go swimming, see map for details (link in top line).  We'll leave a note on the gate at the bottom of the mountain if we're gone.

 

Sunday - 

Mountain bike ride in the morning - all abilities accomodated!

More hanging out at camp, and other activities TBA depending on who is there at which time.
